Death Removes Pioneer Woman

Mrs. Ella Hildesheim, Resident of County 60 Years, Passes Away Near Seattle.

CHEHALIS, Dec. 11.--Mrs. Ella Hildesheim, 65, of Klaber, passed away Tuesday in a Seattle hospital. For the past six months she had been making her home at Richmond Beach, near Seattle.

Mrs. Hildesheim was well-known on Grange circles, having been a member of the Raw Faw Grange and state and national Granges. In addition, she was a member of the Boistfort Helping Hand society. She was born March 4, 1876, at Galescreek, Ore., and had lived here the past 50 years.

Surviving are her husband, Fred; two sons, Clair, Richmond Beach and Lloyd, Route 2, Chehalis; a daughter, Mrs. Donna Kraemer, Seattle, and Irvin, Renton; a sister, Mrs. Ardena Brown, Chehalis, and a grandson, Herbert Hildesheim.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Fissell chapel here. Rev. Herbert E. Gordon will officiate and burial will be at Claquato.
