John M. Sherwood Dead.
Norfolk, July 3.--John M. Sherwood, secretary and assistant treasurer of the Seaboard Air Line, died at his home in Portsmouth today, aged 42 years. He was taken ill at a meeting of the Seaboard directors in New York June 26 and although brought here never rallied.
