Kills Wife, Then Self, As Children Watch
WICHITA, Kan., Jan. 29.--(AP)--While three of their children looked on, Arthur T. Cartwright, 45, wealthy farmer living near Oatville, ten miles south of here, Wednesday, shot and killed his wife, Eva, 41.
Then he fatally wounded himself.
